Hi there
My family and I are moving to Perth at the end of Term 1, 2012 and we are looking for a good (preferably) Catholic primary school in the Northern Suburbs.

Our bunny Scooter is great pet. He's a mini lop-eared rabbit but it's only been in the last week that he's had two floppy ears. Before that he had one ear that always stuck straight up in the air. I kinda miss his funny eared look.

I must confess that during the holidays my kids turn into night owls. They stay awake until late and sleep late in the mornings. I admit that I actually quite like our lazy mornings. It's what summer holidays are all about. In this photo Max is in bed reading a story on his iPod touch.…

We had been out and about today doing chores and as we headed home we spotted the most beautiful sunset. We made a quick dash to a favourite riverside spot to watch the sunset and take our daily photo. The kids are enjoying the being involved in the PAD (photo a day), for now at least. From past experience I know that their enthusiasm will likely wane by the end of the month.…

TODAY'S PHOTO TIP - different perspectives
You can…

This evening we stumbled upon a lovely spot for a photo. I asked the kids to stand in this spot and then let them do their own thing while I snapped away. They decided dancing in the sunset was the thing to do.
TODAY"S PHOTO TIP - Let them be themselves

Throughout the month of January I will be posting one photo a day of my children as we enjoy our Summer break. With each photo I will be posting a tip to help you take better photos of your own children with whatever equipment you have, be that a fancy digital SLR camera. a point and shoot or a phone camera.
So break out your camera and join me in capturing life as it happens. Your children will thank you for it in years to come.…

Hi can anybody help please? I am emigrating to Sydney from the UK next year and probably going to live in the Cromer area. I have surfed the internet for school in the Northern Beaches areas but would like to hear from residents who could recommend a good school. I have two children. One will be starting in year 10 and the other in year 7. I have looked at Narrabeen Sports High for my son as he is extremely sporty and very good at sports but I do not know if he will find it easy to get in or…
