The Engine Room...The Classroom Teacher is where the focus should be.

The Classroom Teacher is the main player in the education of our children. Unfortunately the system is not aligned to that belief with the administration functions rather than the teaching functions being in control of the Education System.

Head Masters and Senior Teachers earn promotions that shift their point of connection with the system away from the students and into administration, innovation and planning duties. With that shift goes the power of seniority.
