Hello Lisa,
I'm just trying to seek some information about depression, one of my friends is suffering and I really want to know what I can do to assist them through this rough patch.
Thankyou very much
Kirby-Jane
We have some great ideas for the group, just wanting to start debating and getting some detail around the ones that float. Please do not feel obliged, even a few minutes here and there when you notice something needs adding or doing is great. Loved your discussion "All talk, no action". I have been trying to recruit indivdually, that has been minimally successful. :-)
This is all a bit new for me.
cheers
Karen
