What do you think about this school fundraising event? I feel like cringing.

Well our school fundraising committee has seen fit to have a Cocktail Evening $35p.p. (incl:1 drink & nibbles). Our school is a small school in the country.My first cringe with this was that it feels very exclusive.It excludes anyone who doesnt drink, these arent mocktails, their cocktails. It excludes anyone who is having financial difficulty, after all most will go with a partner $70 plus babysitting,plus extra drinks,I think its easily over $100.Secondly what about drink driving?After…See More

Of the Public schools in the area, Newbridge Heights has an excellent reputation. Holsworthy has a very good Kindergarten program. Both Wattle Grove and Hammondville are very good schools too.
