Permalink Reply by Jordan T on March 20, 2011 at 12:49 I'm not a lawyer and I don't know what the answer is - but I'd suggest they entered into a contract on the basis of your employment at the time. Were there Terms & Conditions as part of that agreement? If so what do they say?
I'm not sure but perhaps this matter falls within the jurisdiction of the NSW Ombudsman. Worth making a call to the Ombudsman's office for a chat about it. At the very least, I'm sure they could point you in the right direction.
